Brooke and Ava were out here for 2 weeks for a visit. We didnt see them as much as we would have liked to thanks to work etc but we did get to get the girls together a few times and have some dinners out. The girls are old friends just like Brooke and I. We have known eachother for about 22 years and while the girls dont see eachother but a couple times a year, they know eachother and get along quite well. We didnt take a ton of photos so the last day we were together we tried to get them to pose for some pics. Getting toddlers to pose for photos is a task but when its these 2 its even more of a challenge. When you get out a camera, T get this cheeseball smile on her face while yelling Cheeeeese and its just not super cute, so you have to tell her not to say cheese and it helps. They thought it was so funny to be crazy so we just snapped some photos anyway.

They're so cute together! Wish Ava and Brooke lived here so the girls could be as close as you and Brooke were. Glad you Mountain View girls could all get together.

Special friendships with girls you "grew up with" that have known you through thick and thin... awkward and beautiful are the very best... you love each other "warts" and all. Extra special if your "little girls" keep that bond going.
